These comments are still applicable 1.COMMENT: Provide a Residential Plot Plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This shall in include: a. Please provide a complete lot coverage calculation. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. b. Zoning of adjacent parcels 2.COMMENT: The setback along Bailey LN is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b). The proposed side street setback is 9’-3”. A Design Development Option (DDO) is required. DDO application and requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC_8.11.20.pdf. A DDO is a separate submittal from the building plan and shall be submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, using the Submission Type “Zoning Administration”.
