Description of Work – Enter in Floodplain Use Permit for…and then put a description of the work being done or reference the building permit number associated with this floodplain use permit. Complete the Applicant Info. (Note APA# is for applicants with an advance payment account. Leave blank is you do not have an APA account. Complete the Contractor, Owner and Architect/Engineer sections as applicable. Supporting Documentation Upload – Provide a complete cost estimate for the project unless it is for a new build/separate structure. This shall in include: a. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. b. Zoning of adjacent parcels c. All Utility lines d. Property line distances 2.COMMENT: Per UDC section 6.4.5.C. “Within established areas , the minimum required front street perimeter yard is 20 feet or one and one-half the height of the proposed wall (H), measured from the street property line , whichever is greater, up to a maximum of 90 feet. Where a lot abuts more than one street , the owner chooses which street lot line is the front lot line . From other than the front lot line , the street perimeter yard is ten feet.” Clarify, which side is to be considered the front. If the west side of the lot along Bailey LN is to be considered the street lot line, The minimum setback to a side street property line is ten (10) feet (UDC Section 6.4.5.C.1.b). The proposed side street setback is 9’-3”. A Design Development Option (DDO) is required.
