A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. Please provide a dimension on the elevation drawing. 1. Provide a height dimension on the Rear Elevations from design grade to the point where the wall meets the eave at the peak of the house. 2. An access easement will be required for this site. The 15ft easement to the west is a utility easement. Provide the recordation information for the access easement on the plan and provided the recorded easement documents with the next submittal.
