This site is located in C-1 Zone (UDC Article 4.7.29). Construction services is a permitted use (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0238 and there is a discrepancy between the plans. Building plan sheet A1.02 shows an “OUTDOOR PATIO” along he east side of the “INDOOR PATIO”. This patio was not shown on the DP and was not accounted for in the vehicle and bicycle parking requirements. Until the plans match Zoning cannot approved the building plans.
