COMMENT: Provide GFA calculation showing accessory structure not exceeding 50% of GFA of the principal structure. Per UDC Article 6.6.3.d the accessory structure, the proposed shed cannot exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to my attention that there is a possible non-permitted addition on the south portion of the house and a non-permitted shed addition. Provide permit documentation or include the shed and addition to this submittal.
