DEFERRED SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
Structural general notes are to include any components of the building that may be considered deferred submittals. IBC Section 107.3.4.1 requires deferred submittals to be approved by the building official.
If items will be deferred the plans are to clearly note the following per IBC Section 107.3.4.1:
* To be reviewed by design professional in responsible charge.
* Design professional shall affix a notation that the deferred items are in general conformance with their design of the building.
* They shall be submitted for review by the building official.
* Shall not be installed until approved by building official.

1). The 4" horizontal roof conductors for the 172 GPM roof drains are undersized on plan page P101 or need to have pitch shown as 1/2" slope -IPC 1106.2
2). The 4" horizontal roof conductors for the 153 GPM roof drains are undersized on plan page P101 or need to have pitch shown as 1/4" slope -IPC 1106.2
3). Floor drain vent details #4 & #5 on P301 sanitary vents can't be routed horizontally below floor over to wall before becoming vertical. Vent rise needs to comply with-IPC 905.3, 905.4 or ( suggest combination drain & vent system) Update P301 & P101.

This site is located in C-3 Zone (UDC Article 4.7.22). Auto sales is a permitted use (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.G.1& .2.

1. As DP22-0170 has not completed the first review Zoning is not able to compare the building plans to the DP. Once the 1st review of the DP is completed and comments addressed Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the DP. Additional comments maybe forth coming. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.

2. Based on the sheet index it appears you are proposing to include the development package sheets in the building plan set. If you include the DP sheets they either need to be the stamped approved DP sheets or marked for reference only.
