Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The requirements in OSHA 1926.757 for the erection of open web steel joists are to be followed. Where steel joists are used with columns that are not framed in at least two directions with solid web structural steel members, a steel joist shall be field-bolted at the column to provide lateral stability to the column during erection. Where constructability does not allow a steel joist to be installed at the column the joists are to be stabilized on both sides of the column. 2. Except for steel joists that have been pre-assembled into panels, connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection. 3. Provide a vertical stabilizer plate at columns for steel joist as required by OSHA 1926.757. 4. Verify OSHA steel erection standards for open web steel joists. Section 1926.757 (a)(8) requires connections of individual steel joists to steel structures in bays of 40 feet or more shall be fabricated to allow for field bolting during erection. 5. Show lines of bridging for the steel joists as recommended by the Steel Joists Manufacturer. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. You are missing the correction for your outdoor air calculations please correct (IMC2018,403.3.1.1.1.2)sheet M1.0 2. Upon activation the duct smoke detectors must report to the fire alarm panel and must be noted as such (IMC2018,606.4.1) sheet M2.0 3. In the retail sales area you need 3,584 continuous cfm of outdoor air during occupied hours. your notes in the rooftop schedule has the economizer opening by a CO2 detector this is not acceptable and you are missing the correction factor in your calculation sheet M2.0 (IMC2018,403.3.1.1) 4. Upon activation the smoke detector shall shut down all operational capabilities of the air distribution system and shall be noted as such sheet M2.0 (IMC2018,606.4 ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. Sheet E4.0: For 400A service disconnect (items 15 on riser diagram), show maximum available fault current calculation and date calculation was performed. NEC 2017 110.24. 8. Sheet E4.0: Show conductor and raceway sizes for conductors from transformer disconnect to transformer. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Add gutter & downspout sizing calculations to plan page A7.0 - IPC 1106.1, 1106.3, 1106.6 2).
