Sheet G101 – Provide complete building code analysis per 2018 International Building Code for this permit i.e. climatized RV Storage Building. Does it have sprinkler system and fire alarm system? Is it S-1 or S-2 occupancy? What is the total building area? Business area is specified while none showed in floor plan. Show code analysis pertaining to this permit only.
Sheet G101 – Provide legible life safety plan. Provide 1”=40’-0” is too small to read. Label the space and identify. 2018 International Building Code section 1010.1.2 egress doors shall be of the pivoted or side-hinged swing type.
Sheet G101 – Automatic sprinkler system shall be provided containing a Group S-1 occupancy per 2018 International Fire Code section 903.2.9 where fire area exceeds 12,000 SF (item 1). Sheet A101 shows 21,896 SF of building square. What is the fire area (SF) per defined in 2018 International Building Code?
