As you are proposing a parking reduction based on additional accessible vehicle parking spaces per 2018 IBC Chapter 11 Section 1106.5 at least one of the proposed accessible parking spaces shall be a van space. Clearly demonstrate that the requirements of the ICC A117.1-2009 Section 502.2 are met 2. Clearly demonstrate that the requirements of the ICC A117.1-2009 Section 502.5 are met for both accessible parking spaces. 3. Provide a detail for the required accessible parking spaces signage that clearly shows mounting heights. 4. The wheel stop location dimension is not correct. Review UDC Article 7.4.6..H.3 and provide the correct dimension. 5. Provide a vehicle parking space calculation on the plan that shows the number required & provided for both standard & accessible parking spaces.
