1. The egress plan provided is incomplete and missing information. Provide a very thorough egress plan, that indicates travel distances, egress signage, exit separation, the location of all equipment and tables, and all other required information.
2. The ramp indicated on the egress plan as a means of egress and accessible path appears to be non-compliant. Provide ramp details that show evidence of compliance with Section 1012 of the IBC and Section 405 of ANSI A117.1
3. The accessibly plan is incomplete. Clearly show the the location of all tables and equipment and indicate the clear floors spaces for traveling throughout the space.
4. At least 5% of the dining surfaces are required to have mobility features. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG.
5. Provide a Building Code Data Legend on the Title Sheet. Include the following code information for each building proposed:
• Occupancy Classification(s)
• For Mixed Occupancy Buildings, state whether the “non-separated” or “separated” option was chosen from Sections 508.3 / 508.4.

1. The construction type listed on the cover page is incorrect. Provide a corrected construction type. VA or VB.
2. Provide plumbing fixture requirement calculations.
3. Provide a room finish schedule in accordance with Chapter 8.

5. Provide an enlarged bathroom plan that shows all dimensions and clear floor spaces.

1. Please provide a COMcheck that indicates compliance for new mechanical system and scan that data onto one of the mechanical sheets. This provides evidence the mechanical system is in compliance.
2. With a Type I exhaust hood being present, an air balance schedule will be required. Provide an air balance schedule.
