1. The egress plan provided is incomplete and missing information. Provide a very thorough egress plan, that indicates travel distances, egress signage, exit separation, the location of all equipment and tables, and all other required information.
2. The accessibly plan is incomplete. Clearly show the the location of all tables and equipment and indicate the clear floors spaces for traveling throughout the space.
3. At least 5% of the dining surfaces are required to have mobility features. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG.
4. Provide a Building Code Data Legend on the Title Sheet. Include the following code information for each building proposed:

This site is located in C-1 Zone (UDC Article 4.7.20) Food Service w/alcoholic beverage service as an accessory use. (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5, 4.9.13.O, 4.9.4.V.1, 3, & 5-9, 4.9.4.C.3, and 4.9.13.O are met.

1. As DP22-0181 has not completed the first review Zoning is not able to compare the building plans to the DP. Once the 1st review of the DP is completed and comments addressed Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the DP. Additional comments maybe forth coming. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.
