A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. Based on aerial photos there is a porch structure along the southeast side of the existing SFR not shown on the plan. Zoning was not able to find approved permits for this structure. Provide approved permit documents with your next submittal or include this structure with this permit. Another option is to remove this structure from the site. If you elect to remove this structure show it on the plan to be removed. 2. Provide setback dimensions from all structures to the applicable property lines.
