This site is located in C-1 Zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP20-0060 and although it appears that the building matches the DP until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve. The following comments need to be addressed: 2. Sheet SP1.0 Site Plan does not match the submitted DP the sidewalk running from the southwest corner of “FUTURE BUILDING” is not shown on the DP.
