The property to the north is not part of the current development plan. The property to the north also appears to be enclosed with fencing not allowing for a proper egress exit to the public way. The new proposed door appears to exit into the open gravel area behind the north building and not directly to a hard surface suitable for exiting. Relocate the required fire exit and provide proper egress access in case of an emergency.
