Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. The requirements are listed and numbered within the above provided link. Refer to activity number T09CM01810 as an example for this property. 2. Per UDC 6.4.5.C.1.a, within established areas, the minimum required front street perimeter yard is 20 feet or one and one-half the height of the proposed wall, measured from the street property line, whichever is greater. Based on a wall height less than 13'-4", the required front street setback is 20 feet. Provide a setback dimension from the proposed porch post to the street lot line (and not to the street) within your next submittal. 3. An addition to the accessory shed in the rear yard appears in aerial photography beginning in 2016. Either provide permit documentation for this shed addition or include it within your scope of work. 4. The shed also does not appear to be meeting setback requirements. The minimum required side perimeter yard setback is the greater of 6'-0" or 2/3 the height of the exterior building wall (Table 6.3.2-A). This setback can be reduced by securing a neighbor's setback waiver. The following text shall be pasted on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the property owners to the west for the unpermitted shed. Provide the following text on the plot plan: My name is _______, and I am the owner of the property located at _______. I have received the site plan and I have no objection to the structure being located or constructed __ feet from the property line as depicted on the site plan.
