Counting available seats is not the proper way to determine occupant loads. Provide a corrected occupant load in accordance with Table 1004.5. 3. Sheet G-2: It appears that means of egress continuity would be impeded for egress. Show the location of the clear egress paths throughout the restaurant in accordance with Section 1003.6 and 1005. 4. Provide calculations of the required amount of accessible seating and indicate the locations. Additionally, ensure that surfaces are properly dispersed throughout the structure. Section 226.1 and 226.2 of the 2010 ADAAG. 8. General: Provide within the plans, drawings that clearly indicate the accessible routes within the space that are in accordance with Section 206.2.5. 9. General: Provide within the site plans, drawings that clearly indicate the accessible routes within the site and site arrival points that connect the accessible parking to the accessible entrances that are in accordance with Section 206.2.1 and 206.2.2. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet M-1: There is a portion of the plan that has been blocked out and is not able to be reviewed. Provide the area that has been blocked for review. 2.
