1. Sheet G-1: Provide the existing area of the space in the scope of work.
2. Sheet G-1: The occupant load for the dining area is calculated incorrectly. Counting available seats is not the proper way to determine occupant loads. Provide a corrected occupant load in accordance with Table 1004.5.
3. Sheet G-2: It appears that means of egress continuity would be impeded for egress. Show the location of the clear egress paths throughout the restaurant in accordance with Section 1003.6 and 1005.
4. Sheet A-2: There is an insufficient amount of exit signage provided. Show the location of all exit signage in accordance with Section 1013.
5. Sheet A-2: There is an insufficient of egress illumination provided. Provide the location of all egress illumination in accordance with Section 1008.
6. General: Provide clarification on any adjacent tenants to ensure proper separation between tenants.
