Twelve inch wide pathways are marked on the roof plan whereas Section 324.6.1 of the 2018 IRC requires minimum 36 inches wide pathways, please amend the drawing appropriately. 2. Eighteen inch wide pathways on either side of the ridge are shown, per IRC this is allowed if the total solar area is less than 66% of the roof area and the dwelling is sprinklered. Please provide area calculations and also include area of existing solar panels while calculating the areas. Also provide info if the dwelling unit is sprinklered and if so with what system? If needed, amend the drawing appropriately. 3. Please provide the existing roof framing plan details. 4. Provide the solar panel layout with the points of connection of the PV module to the roof framing plan marked clearly on the drawing.
