Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Where a lot abuts more than one street, the owner chooses which street lot line is the front line. From other than the front lot line, the street perimeter yard is ten feet (UDC 6.4.5.C.1.b). The side street perimeter yard is identified as 2nd Avenue on the submitted plans. The required side street perimeter yard setback from the proposed porch to the east property line is 10'-0"; proposed setback based on the location of the post supporting the porch is 3'-6". A DDO must be submitted and approved to reduce the required setbacks. The DDO application and its requirements can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/DDO_for_Setback_and_Height_UDC_8.11.20.pdf. The DDO is a separate submittal from the building plan and shall be submitted at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd-filedrop, using the Submission Type "Zoning Administration."
