Seems like only a part of the whole detail is provided, it isn't clear from the submitted response, what is the weight/ size of the RTU's/ Water Heater considered in the design, how were the framing members and their connector sizes arrived at, was the existing framing evaluated for it being adequate and not requiring any structural upgrade because of the additional loads imposed by the roof supported units/ water heater?
