If not, then please provide pertinent structural details related to the proposed RTU's. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Life safety/egress plan – Provide life safety plan complying with 2018 IBC chapter 10. Provide complete overall plan to show all occupied area (note partial plan). Provide exit code analysis: compliant to number of exits, travel distance to exit, common path of travel, dead end corridor, locations of fire extinguishers, exit remoteness, exit access width, door width, etc. Life Safety Plan - Show exit travel distance and common path of travel such as from open office 2 (110) and engineering development (120). Sheet A1.0 – Show area of “expansion” in reference only site plan. What is the existing area (SF) and new expanded area (SF)? Sheet A1.0 – Show occupancy classification groups for each tenant space in reference only site plan. This is labeled as mixed occupancy so show mixed occupancy groups. What are the occupancy groups of adjacent South and East shared/demising walls? Sheet A1.0 – Provide scope of fire alarm system. Is it required and provided per 2018 IBC section 907 (Yes or No)? Sheet A1.0 – Provide accurate occupant load calculations. Business occupancy load factor per 2018 IBC table 1004.5 is 150 gross not 100 as shown. Adjust to coordinate other calculations such as plumbing fixture accordingly. Sheet A2.0 – Doors shall swing in the direction of egress travel per 2018 IBC section 1010.1.2.1.
