The occupant load factors used for the lobby and the office are incorrect. While this won't change the O.L. by much however, it needs to be correct. The lobby is a queuing area and the office is a business area. The incorrect occupant load factors have been used. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation. 2. Please provide clarification if the space is protected by a sprinkler system and fire alarm system. 3. Provide clarification on the uses of adjacent tenants. Ensure proper separation between tenants. 4. Additional exit signage maybe required upon inspection. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. To ensure compliance of the gas line design the Gas type, Inlet pressure, Pressure Drop, and Specific Gravity, also provide a gas load summary, size of all piping (this information is lacking at the piping feeding the fixtures and the amount of BTUs coming in at meter. Please provide more details for the sizing of the gas lines pursuant to Section 402.3. 2. The sink adjacent to the pizza oven could possibly used with grease laden waste.
