1. As DP22-0129 has not completed the first review Zoning is not able to compare the building plans to the DP. Once the 1st review of the DP is completed and comments addressed Zoning will review the building plans for compliance with the DP. Additional comments maybe forth coming. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.
