Provide Seismic Calculations for the Building per Section 1613 of International Building Code 2018. 4. Balcony guards are to be designed for the loads provided in IBC 2018 Section 1607.8.1. 5. Refer to Structural Drawing S2.6, Maintenance Building Foundation Plan. The Plan shows balanced Shear Walls in N/S Direction and unbalanced in E/W Direction. Verify and make revisions as needed. 6. Refer to Drawing S2.7, BBQ Ramada Framing Plan. Verify how the Structure is stabilized on two columns under vertical and lateral loadings. 7. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 8. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1. 9. The North Arrows shown on Structural Drawings does not match with North Arrows shown on Architectural Drawings. Verify and make revisions as needed. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: 1. Provide within the site plans, drawings that clearly indicate the accessible routes within the site and site arrival points that connect the accessible parking to the accessible entrances that are in accordance with Section 206.2.1 and 206.2.2 of ADAAG. 2. Provide evidence of compliance that 60% of the public entrances are accessible in accordance with Section 206.4.1 of ADAAG. 3. Provide evidence of compliance that at least one restricted entrance is accessible in accordance with Section 206.4.7 of ADAAG. 4. Sheet A1.1: Ensure that the travel distance on the stairs is included in the travel distance calculations. The stairs are considered exit access and the travel distance must be included. 10. Sheet D1: Detail 4/D1: The fire wall doesn't seem to be continuous to the underside of the roof deck in accordance with Section 706.6 Ex #4. As DP22-0105 has not completed the first review Zoning is not able to compare the building plans to the DP.
