This comment was not addressed. As stated below the grading plan is a separate submittal. Zoning was not able to find a submitted grading plan for this project. COMMENT: This project is located in the Hillside Development Zone (HDZ) a grading development package is required. The grading plan needs to include but not limited to the: top and toe of slopes, pad elevation, show area that can be developed, show natural undisturbed open space. Engineering cannot approve the building plan until the Grading Development Package is approved. The grading plan is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.
