Show the five-foot-wide easement along the rear of the property, as shown on the subdivision plat. 2. Lot coverage includes the area of a lot covered by buildings, outdoor storage areas, and vehicular use areas (both improved and unimproved). Include the driveway as depicted within the lot coverage calculation. 3. Per UDC Table 6.3.2-A, the required side and rear perimeter yard setbacks are the greater of six feet or 2/3 the height of the proposed exterior building wall. Clearly demonstrate that the proposed construction is complying with setback requirements to the west.
