Perform load calculations for the 200 amp rated panel ‘D’ prior to adding the 75 amp load from new panel ‘K’. Measuring the load for panel ‘D’ after adding the load from new panel ‘K’ is not an approved code method. NEC art’s 215, 220, 240. See ‘ONE LINE KEYNOTE #2’. Or, provide an NEC code article that states measuring total load after adding new load to an existing AC system panelboard to verify it can support the load is an approved code method.
