Title identifies “Suites 101, 107, 111,” while sheets A2 and A3 do not identify these suites. Show the outdoor patio that’s indicated to have 62 occupants per sheet A1. Sheet A3 – Per 2018 IBC table 508.4, 2 hours fire separation is required between occupancy A and R. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Sheet M1 – Show ventilation/exhaust system of the new walk-in cooler. No mechanical system shown. Sheet M2 – Provide roof plan that shows locations of roof top hood, cooler, and penetrations. Show compliance to 2018 IMC 401.4 intake opening location. Sheet M1 reference components up to roof.
