This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9.

1. This comment was not addressed, provide the floor plan as requested. Provide a full floor plan for the existing residence so that vehicle parking requirements can be verified. If the required vehicle parking exceeds 4 vehicle parking spaces a vehicle use area meeting the requirements of UDC Articles 7.4.6 and 4.6.4 will be required.

2. Provide a detail for the proposed bicycle parking that demonstrates that the all requirements of UDC Article 7.4.9 are met
