Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Structural Calculations are not stamped and signed by the design engineer in-charge, please provide the stamped and signed document for review. 2. In the structural Calculations and in the notes on drawing S1.0, frost depth is listed at 12 inches whereas the geotechnical report requires a minimum 24 inches with a 12 inch structural fill underneath extending 5 ft on each side of the footing. 3. Drawing S1.0 lists Seismic Design Category of the structure as “B” whereas an SDC of “C” is used in the structural calculations. 4. Seems like design of concrete tilt-up walls needs to be listed as a Deferred Submittal. 5. Footing Schedule on drawing S2.0 and S2.1 lists the depth of almost all footings less than Geotech recommended minimum two-foot depth. Footing depth needs to be revised as 4,000 psf design soil capacity used in the design is based on minimum 24 inches of footing depth. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet A0.0: Remove the references to the Idaho State Plumbing Code. 2. Sheet A0.0: ESFR is not a sprinkler system type. It is a sprinkler head type. Provide the sprinkler system type being used. (NFPA 13) 3. Sheet A0.0: Why are frontage increases being applied if the building qualifies for unlimited area? Provide clarification and complete frontage increase calculations. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1.Provide ventilation calculations (IMC2018,,403.3.1.1.1) to show how you are going to meet the 4% openable area to the outdoors for natural ventilation 2. Provide a detailed narrative on the process that occurs in the warehouse (e.g. what materials are you storing in the warehouse, what type of forklifts are you using in the warehouse is it fuel or electric) (imc2018,106.3.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied There are no electrical plans included to review. The submittal set calls out the electrical as a deferred submittal. Electrical approval will be deferred until an electrical plan is submitted. If the contractor needs electrical approval before, will need to obtain approval from local AHJ. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1).
