STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS:

1. The Enercalc Calculations submitted have certain Foundations shown as Failing. Some Foundations sizes shown on the calculations does not match with what is shown on the Drawing. Revise Drawings to match with Structural Calculations and Revise Calculations which are failing. Each foundation calculations to match exact location on the drawing and resubmit.
2. Provide Geotechnical Report for the proposed building per International Building Code 2018, Section 1803.1.


BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS:

1. Sheet G003: Several pieces of information are missing from the project data box. Provide all necessary information.
2. Sheet G-006: Provide the UL assembly chosen for the separation between the fabrication area and the office. It's assumed wall type W4 is being used for that separation. There are no wall tags provided for this separation wall on the enlarged floor plans. Provide the proper assembly and wall tags.
3. Sheet A-101: Windows are not permitted in fire barriers separating occupancies in accordance with Table 716.1(3).
4. Sheet A-101: The doors located in the fire barrier separating the occupancies are not rated properly. Provide properly rated doors in accordance with Table 716.1(2).

E-300 ONE-LINE DIAGRAM:
Full wire AWG values not shown in pdf panel schedules. Should correct.
MDP Panel schedule states it is MLO, but Single-Line shows MCB. Design should be consistent, call out one or other.
Electrical Keyed Note #5 calls for 4 conductors. Only needs to be 3 conductors plus ground as it feeds a Delta-wye xfmr. Should correct.
