This site is located in C-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.21), Auto Repair Major use is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.E.

1. The architectural site plan provided in the building plan set does not match DP22-0114.

2. The architectural site plan shows outdoor seating that does not appear to be shown on DP22-0114, coordinate with the civil engineer to ensure that the outdoor seating ins included on the DP.

3. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP22-0114 and although it appears that the building plans match the DP, except for the comments above, Zoning cannot approve the building plan until the DP is approved.
