COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning was not able to find a submitted development package (DP) for this address. Until a DP is submitted and approved Zoning cannot approve this plan. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, as you are proposing improvements to a commercial site, an updated Development Package (DP) is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this permit. At a minimum the DP shall meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal and shall be submitted at https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type "Site Review."
