COMMENT: After comparing the aerials to the plot plan it has come to our attention that there is a possible non-permitted addition on the North portion of the house. After researching PRO there are no records for an addition. In order to place the solar panel on this addition, a permit will have to be obtained.
The correct address of the property appears to be 8815 E 21st St. Your plans have an address of 8818 E 21st St., which is not a valid address. Please clarify the project address.

COMMENT: Zoning will review the application on the next submittal
