Indicate the Occupancy Classification (IBC Chapter 3), the Total Building SF, the Building Construction Type (IBC Chapter 6), and the Building Occupant Load (IBC Table 1004.5. In addition, list all Applicable Codes for this project. 5. General: The C of O Application indicated the Type of Business as an 'Adult Day Care', and the Business Description indicated 'Assembly (Performing arts, self-defense, independent skills/supports, etc.). Please clarify. 6. General: Seal, sign, and date all drawings by the registered design professional. 7. General: Please provide a reasonable project valuation for the work to be performed for this permit. $100 was indicated in the Application. 8. General: Please provide written responses to all review comments. |
