2. Building will need to comply with IFC 2018, 907.2.7. Fire alarm.
3. Sheet E3.0 indicated ERRC will be installed depending on testing. ERRC is not required on this building. Keep ERRC on plans if you want to continue with ERRC or remove completely from plans.
4. Per IFC 2018 1016.2 #5, Egress shall not pass through storage rooms/stockrooms unless all exceptions are met. Either meet all exceptions including #5 (2.4) or update your exiting plan, sheet CS1.1, eliminating the exits on the north side in-between the M and S. Also update the exiting on code analysis. Also update the electrical sheet E1.0 to eliminate the exit signs if you choose to not have these doors as exits.
