Provide a site plan that meets the residential plot plan requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. At a minimum, the plot plan shall: a. Indicate the name of the property owner. b. Include the legal description of the property. c. Show the square footage of the lot, existing dwelling, accessory structures, additions to accessory structures, and the total under roof area. d. Provide lot coverage, which includes the area of the site occupied by buildings, outdoor storage areas, and driveways. e. Provide the height of the exterior walls of the proposed project. f. Show all perimeter yard setbacks. g. Indicate the zoning of the property and of the surrounding properties. 2. Clarify whether the proposed project will be a sleeping quarters or Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Show all kitchen appliances on the next submittal.
