E401 FIRST FLOOR SYSTEMS PLAN BUILDINGS 1 & 2:
Should relocate pull station at break room to front door of storage office.
E801 DETAILS, SCHEDULES & RISER DIAGRAMS: All of the Mini substations are called out to be 15 KVA 1 phase with 40 amp 2 pole CBs. However, ampacity for feeder tag 42C uses #2 AWG which is 100 amps of amp capacity. Not a code issue, but may want to correct for IFC.

08/30/2022 ROBERT SHERRY WATER REVIEW Reqs Change The current plan set contains no civil drawings to show the installation of water service to the building and nothing to show that the water meter for the building has adequate capacity for the proposed water demand. A development plan is not to be used for construction or modification of on-site utilities (e.g. water service to buildings, building sewers, site lighting, electrical service to buildings, etc.). Include the appropriate civil drawings with the current plan set or apply for a separate permit for the site utilities. [Initial comment: Show the location of the proposed water meter, backflow preventer, and the water service pipe on a site plan. Provide the size of the water meter serving this building, the size of the backflow preventer associated with the water meter, and the total water demand served by the water meter. Reference: Section 107.2.1 and 107.2.6, IBC 2018.]
