Missing method in determining fire-resistance rating for V-A type of construction for bearing walls and roof construction. 2018 IBC – Table 601, 703.2 or 703.3. Revise plans with listing, label and testing for one-hour fireresistance rating of walls and roof/ceiling construction (set forth in ASTM E 119 or UL 263 or prescriptive in section 721 or calculations in section 722). 5. Maximum design occupant load in room or space. 2018 IBC - Table 1004.5. Revise plans with maximum design occupant load for new room or space. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. 2017 NEC 210.8(B)(5). Provide GFCI protection for the receptacle outlets within 6’ of all sinks. Ckt CR-2 is within 6' of the edge of the sink and indicates that the 2nd receptacle out with GFCI protection is downstream of an unprotected receptacle outlet. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. 2018 IPC 918.4 - Air admittance valve shall be min. 4" above individual fixture drain. Detail 202/P2 shows min. 3".
