A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. Perimeter yard setbacks are based on a measurement from design grade to the highest point of the exterior wall UDC Article 6.4.5.B & Figure 6.4.5-A. 1. This comment was not addressed. No dimensions were provided on the elevations. Provide a wall height dimension on the east elevation from design grade to the highest point of the wall, where the wall meets the eave at the peak of the house. If this wall exceeds 10’-6” a Design Development Option (DDO) may be required. As no wall heights or elevations were provided for the Master Suite addition Zoning cannot determine perimeter yard setback requirements.
