Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved 1. The ground area under the slab and footing shall be treated for termites prior to the setting of concrete. 2018 IRC R318 BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved 1. A stoop or other hard surface landing is required to be provided outside of the new door. The stoop shall be a minimum of 36” deep in the direction of travel. 2018 IRC R311.3. 2. The new window shall have a minimum U value of .40 and SHGC of .25. This will be verified in the field on inspection. 2018 IECC Table R402.1.2. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved 1. All ducts, air handlers and filter boxes shall be sealed. 2018 IRC M1601.4.1. 2. The new ducts will be tested for air leakage in accordance with 2018 IECC R4503. 3. All supply and return ductwork shall be insulated with a minimum of R8 if installed outside of conditioned space. R1103.3.1.
