This site is in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.8). Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4) and is subject to use-specific standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.

1. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, a Development Package (DP) is required to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this permit. At a minimum the DP shall meet the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites found at https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal and shall be submitted at https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type "Site Review."

4. Sheet A1; Floor Plan: Per the IBC Section 1109.11, seating at tables in accessible spaces shall provide at least 5% (minimum 1) of the seating as accessible. Please indicate the accessible seating location on the plan. In addition, indicate the table top at that seating as 34" maximum above the finish floor.
5. General: Please provide written responses to all review comments.
