Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. As Development Package DP17-0218 is still open a revision to this DP is required showing the proposed addition. This revision must be approved prior to approval the building permit.
