Fire blocking will be installed in all walls and concealed spaces including the existing areas in which the framing is exposed during construction. 2018 IRC R302.11. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved 1. The new laundry room is not indicated as having any mechanical heating or cooling installed and therefore is not considered conditioned space as proposed. Note: A minimum of R30 in the ceiling would be required if the laundry room is to be conditioned in the future. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved No mechanical heating or cooling has been included in this submittal. ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved 1. All exterior outlets in wet areas shall be provided with a weatherproof enclosure with “in-use” covers. 2017 NEC 406.8. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved 1. All plumbing drain, waste and vent systems shall be tested for leaks in accordance with the 2018 IRC P2503.5 prior to concealing. 2.
