Return air grilles and ductwork are designed by a registered design professional and meet code requirements. Not Complied you have no return air grilles in the waiting room and phot rooms. 2. Provide cfm ratings for all return air grills sheet M1 (IMC 2018, 206.3.1) Response: CFM ratings are provided for return air grilles in the ambulatory occupancy side of the building. CFM ratings are not required to balance the return grilles for the medical office occupancy side of the building.
