This site is located in the PAD-7. A Sales Office is an allowed use as a Temporary Use Permit TUP.

1. Provide a fully dimension vehicle use area to include:
a. PAAL width.
b. Demonstrate how the accessible parking space and access aisle meet the requirements of ICC A117.1-2009 Section 502.5.
c. The proposed location of the wheel stops allow parking vehicles to encroach into the minimum sidewalk width of 4’-0”. Cleary demonstrate that a 4’-0-“ wide sidewalk is maintained.
