These comments are still applicable. 1. Based on the floor plan provided Unit #1 has three (3) bedrooms and Unit #2 has six (6) bedrooms. Per UDC Table 7.4.4-1 a 3-bedroom unit requires 2.25 vehicle parking spaces and a 6-bedroom unit requires 2.5 for a total of 4.75 or 5 required vehicle parking spaces. Per UDC Article 7.6.4.B the requirements of UDC Article 7.6.4.B landscape requirements apply. And per a Zoning Administrators determination the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6 vehicle parking requirements apply. Provide a commercial vehicle parking area along with the landscape requirements. Provide a back-up spur per 7.4.6-B Provide barriers per 7.4.6.H Provide a note with the surfacing per 7.4.6.I Ensure the motor vehicle use area dimensions per 7.4.6.D are labeled and measured Provide the PAAL dimensions Provide egress and ingress locations Provide the setback dimension for the Pergola. 2.COMMENT: Clearly show everything on site. Provide the square footage and height of the shed. Based on current aerial photos there is a shed on the south portion of the property. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements.
