This site is located in the MH-1 zone (UDC 4.7.10). Personal Storage is not a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) .

1. Storage of RV’s is considered Personal Storage a use not allowed in the MH-1 Zone. A rezoning to at least a C-1 Zone would be required for this use.

2. In the MH-1 zone for a mobile home park the use of RV’s as mobile homes is allowed for up to 25% of the approved mobile home sites. Separate permits are required for each unit setup.
