? COMMENT: Residential has reviewed the plan and cannot approve at this time. Please address the following comments.

COMMENT: The Plan Set shows a line-side tap, Line taps require compliance with NEC 230.46. Update the plans showing a tap enclosure with sufficient space for the tap device, or show a meter socket extension with tap terminals (approved Milbank tapping device)


COMMENT: Since the modules are installed on a manufactured home an engineered sealed plan is required. Please include structural calculations.
