Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Non-load bearing walls require a deflection track or details to allow for the relative lateral deflection of the structural members. 2. The Structural Drawings S1.3 and S1.4 submitted have same details shown. Verify and remove one if not needed. 3. Provide Typical Details for Foundations as needed for this project. 4. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Structural general notes are to include any components of the building that may be considered deferred submittals. IBC Section 107.3.4.1 requires deferred submittals to be approved by the building official. Examples of items that likely should not be deferred include deep foundation elements, deep excavation shoring and prefabricated metal buildings. If items will be deferred the plans are to clearly note the following per IBC Section 107.3.4.1: * To be reviewed by design professional in responsible charge. * Design professional shall affix a notation that the deferred items are in general conformance with their design of the building. * They shall be submitted for review by the building official. * Shall not be installed until approved by building official. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. The second floor conference room is considered an assembly space. Provide an updated occupant load. 2. Provide all exit lighting on the RCP in accordance with Section 1013. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. RTU A/C 5 and 8 over 5 tons shall be protected with a duct smoke detector and noted in the schedule on a revised schedule plan (IMC2018,606.2.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1).
