The allowable area increase calculations are still incorrect. The tabular values for At and NS being used are for type IV construction and not type VB construction. Please provide accurate allowable area increase calculations. Additionally, provide clarification as to why these calculations are being used as the current proposed building meets the minimum allowable area requirements per floor. The maximum allowable area (without frontage increases) per floor for an R-2, multi-story, protected with an NFPA 13 system is 21,000 sq. ft.. The plans state that each floor is 5,737-7,477 sq. ft. which is well below the maximum. Provide clarification or corrected calculations.
